GMTVPN / SERVICE REFERENCE
Connections, devices, and refunds
Review the requirements first, then choose a route and billing option. The client cards below are illustrative and do not show the current visitor’s connection status.
Reliable during peak hours
Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, the cross-border route, and the destination website—not just the route name. GMTVPN groups route options by region and type so you can compare them in the same usage scenario. If a page loads slowly, keep the destination unchanged, switch to a route with a different topology, and see whether response improves. A shorter distance does not always mean a faster connection, and a dedicated line cannot replace troubleshooting your local network. Choosing an entry point that suits your current network is more useful than repeatedly refreshing or switching protocols.
→Illustrative routes and time zones; not a connection test for this device.
Quantum encryption
GMTVPN’s security trust indicator is quantum encryption. Keep connection security and account security in perspective: a network connection does not replace encryption provided by a website, device updates, or careful account permissions. On public Wi-Fi, confirm the client is connected before opening the service you need. When entering account details, check the website address and security warnings as well. Subscription details provide access to your account, so retrieve and manage them in the user panel rather than posting them publicly. See the privacy policy for details on how information is handled.
→Keep your account credentials and subscription details secure.
Unlimited devices
GMTVPN supports unlimited devices on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Manage your subscription through one account across your everyday computer and mobile devices—there’s no need to choose a tier based on device count. Note that unlimited devices and data allowances are separate plan features, so choose a plan based on how you use each device. When adding a device, get the appropriate client and subscription from the user panel, import them, and test the connection on each device. If one device has an issue, check its permissions, background settings, and local network first; there’s no need to change settings on all your other devices.
→Unlimited devices; sign in to get your subscription.
Access to AI tools
When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, opening the page is only one part of checking the connection. Also confirm that sign-in, sending prompts, and receiving responses work as expected. Check the platform’s regional and account requirements first, then choose a suitable route. For longer conversations or file processing, try to keep the exit location consistent rather than switching regions mid-session. GMTVPN provides network access; AI platform accounts, feature eligibility, and fees are determined by each platform. Check the platform itself for access on a specific route—route coverage does not establish platform eligibility.
→A network subscription does not include a third-party AI platform membership.
Streaming
Streaming catalogs and playback access can depend on exit location, account region, and platform checks. Different routes in the same region may also produce different results. Before using GMTVPN, check the region where the content is available. Once connected, check more than the home page—open the specific title and verify playback. For sustained streaming, consider your local network, route congestion, and device decoding capabilities; a region label does not guarantee picture quality. If a region warning changes, read the platform’s guidance, then use the guides to check your exit location and client settings. Verify support for specific content in practice.
→Route regions do not guarantee specific content or picture quality.
30-day no-questions-asked refund
GMTVPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Before choosing a subscription, check platform compatibility, data allowance, and billing terms. After getting started, test the connection on your usual network and at the times you normally use it. Keep your order details and a description of any issue so you can provide them through a user-panel support ticket if needed. Read the refund policy alongside the plan price; don’t infer payment terms from button text alone. Eligibility and processing are governed by the Terms of Service. Check the monthly data reset rules and the no-expiration policy for data plans separately.
→Keep your order details. See the Terms of Service for full conditions.

GMTVPN / ROUTES
Global routes and how to choose
100+ countries and 170+ routes. Narrow your options by destination, then choose based on current network performance—not map distance alone.
Route types describe the path
Direct, relay, and IEPL dedicated routes describe different connection topologies. Direct routes use a more straightforward path; relay routes connect to the next link through an additional entry point; dedicated lines use a different transmission path. These labels help explain the topology, but they cannot predict current speeds on their own. If routes in the same region perform differently, consider your local connection and the destination service.
Choose a route for the task
Web browsing, continuous video, and AI conversations call for different checks. For browsing, see whether all page resources load; for video, test whether a specific title plays continuously; for AI tools, confirm that responses come through. The table below explains how to read regions and route types; it is not a list of nodes available to your account. Check the user panel for actual names, types, and available routes.
| Country / region | City | Example route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated line | Check with the platform |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Relay | Check with the platform |
| Singapore | Singapore | Direct | Check with the platform |
| Japan | Tokyo | Relay | Check with the platform |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Check with the platform |
GMTVPN / CLIENTS
Clients and subscriptions
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Manage clients and subscriptions in the user panel; sign in there to get your subscription.
Check installation and import separately
In the user panel, choose a client for your device’s operating system, then get your account subscription and import it. Starting the client does not mean the subscription is active: check that the route list appears, the right route is selected, and any required system permissions are granted. Clients are available after signing in, except for iOS; iOS download eligibility is shown in the user panel.
Verify access after connecting
After importing your subscription, open the website or tool you plan to use and check that the page and specific features work. If a mobile connection drops after switching apps, check background operation and battery-saving settings. If only some desktop apps have issues, check their network settings first. For the full setup and verification steps, see the Guides.
GMTVPN / BILLING
Monthly plans and data that never expires
Monthly plans suit regular use; data plans suit usage based on your actual needs. Choose based on your data habits and billing preference, not the number of devices—device use is unlimited.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9/month
A good fit for web browsing and text-based searches if you’re happy to keep an eye on data use. Choose based on what you actually do online rather than assuming a fixed number of usage hours.
- Includes 60GB
- Data resets monthly on your start date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
250GB monthly plan
¥18/month
For everyday use that alternates between browsing, AI tools, and media. Video quality, file sizes, and device habits all affect data use; check the records in your user panel.
- Includes 250GB
- Data resets monthly on your start date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
500GB monthly plan
¥28/month
For frequent media streaming or larger file transfers, with a higher monthly data allowance. More data does not mean a higher guaranteed speed or change eligibility for third-party platforms.
- Includes 500GB
- Data resets monthly on your start date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. When reviewing your order, check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing method—not just the price. The refund policy is a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for full conditions.

FAQs before you get started
Check account requirements, billing, and connection details separately before deciding how to get started.
Do I need an email address?
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your credentials secure, and manage orders, subscriptions, and support tickets in the user panel on this site. Subscription details provide account access, so don’t share them publicly or include them in full in screenshots.
Devices are unlimited. Do I still need to consider data?
Yes. Unlimited devices describes the device policy; a plan’s data allowance describes how much data you can use. They’re separate things. Computers and mobile devices may be used differently, and video, file transfers, and background tasks all affect data use. Choose based on your habits, then check usage in the user panel.
Should I choose a monthly plan or a data plan?
For regular use, compare monthly plans; for occasional use, compare data plans. Monthly plan data resets each month on your start date, while data plans remain valid until used and never expire. Don’t confuse the two policies. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. See the plans page for full prices and allowances.
Will every website work once I connect?
A working network connection and authorization from the destination platform are separate requirements. Websites may have region, account eligibility, or device requirements; streaming and AI tools may also check your exit location. Test the specific feature, not just whether the home page loads. If only one service has an issue, note the message on screen, then check your region and client settings.
Where can I find the refund policy and report an issue?
GMTVPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for the full policy. Report account, order, or connection issues through the support ticket section in the user panel. For connection problems, include your device’s operating system, use case, route name, and any on-screen message to help distinguish between a local network issue, client configuration, or destination service.
